Current 皇冠投注 students who wish to take classes off campus need to obtain pre-approval. To request transfer credit approval, complete the Undergraduate 转移 Credit Approval Form and submit the 应用程序 to the Dean’s office of your college for approval. ​To see a listing of courses taken at select institutions that are commonly transferred to 皇冠投注, please utilize the “Find a Replacement Course” function of 转移ology. Please be aware that the course equivalencies listed in 转移ology do not constitute a contract between a currently enrolled 皇冠投注 student and the University. Currently enrolled 皇冠投注 students must still gain the approval of their college Dean’s office before enrolling in transfer coursework.  
After an approved course has been completed, please have an official transcript mailed to the Office of 登记 and 记录, 皇冠投注网, 日落大道4600号, 印第安纳波利斯，46208, upon completion of the course(s). 
Credits earned at an institution that is on the quarter system will be converted to semester hours at 皇冠投注网. Three quarter hours equal two semester hours at 皇冠投注; four quarter hours equal two-and-two-thirds semester hours at 皇冠投注; five quarter hours equal three-and-one-third semester hours at 皇冠投注. 

In order for graduate coursework completed elsewhere to be applied towards a master’s or doctoral degree at 皇冠投注网, 学生需要提交 Request for the 转移 of 研究生 Credit 应用程序. 研究生 transfer credit policies and instructions are located on the form.

A student must complete his or her last 30 hours of coursework at 皇冠投注. To request permission to transfer a class within those 30 hours, complete a Request for Permission to 转移学分 in the Last 30 Hours form and submit the request to the Dean’s office of your college for approval.

订单一个 官方成绩单 of your 皇冠投注 coursework and tell us the address where we should send it. Most schools prefer that we send it directly to them. You may also wish to have your 皇冠投注 transcript sent again at the end of the semester, after grades and degrees are posted.

You will need to request an official transcript from the college where the credit was earned. Courses must be earned from a regionally accredited college or university. The official college transcript can be mailed directly from the institution to: 皇冠投注网 招生办公室 日落大道4600号 印第安纳波利斯，46208-3485. For colleges and universities that issue official electronic transcripts, the transcripts can be sent directly from the institution to admission@皇冠投注.edu. If the student wishes to hand deliver the college transcript, it must be submitted in the issuing institution’s original sealed envelope. Opened transcripts are not considered official. A transfer credit report will be mailed to the student’s home address once the coursework evaluation has been completed. Students can also view their transfer credit report online on My.皇冠投注.edu.

Undergraduate students who wish to take summer classes at 皇冠投注 can register as a “Guest,” and no transcripts from your home school are necessary. 欲了解更多信息，请访问 夏季客人登记 page.
